摘要
阐述了BIM技术在工程建筑设计中的运用现状以及必要性,采用新型的BIM技术半三维设计流程,创建某复杂公建的建筑、结构、机电专业三维模型,然后运用BIM特有属性进行碰撞检查、三维模型辅助出图、混凝土算量等工程应用的研究。研究表明,设计阶段BIM技术能有效地进行专业间的协同优化设计,减少施工图的绘制及出图工作,提高整体设计的质量和效率。
This paper expounds the application and necessity of BIM technology in the building design,and establishes three-dimensional models of architecture,construction and electromechanical specialty for complex public building using new type workflow of BIM semi-three-dimensional design. Then studies the engineering application of collision examination,three-dimensional model aided drawing and concrete calculation based on the specific attributes of BIM. Research shows that the collaborative optimization design of BIM technology can be effectively carried out among specialties in the design stage,and it can reduce the drawing of construction drawings,improve the quality and efficiency of overall design works.
