门式刚架梁柱半刚性节点高强螺栓受力性能试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 半刚性梁柱节点属于既有门式刚架结构中常见的连接方式,其高强螺栓群的受力特点并不明确,为了解此类节点高强螺栓群的受力特点,本文对6组全尺寸梁柱连接节点进行了试验研究,得到了螺栓群的受力-变形曲线,根据本文的研究结果,对于梁柱端板连接半刚性节点,高强螺栓群在弯矩作用下的弹性阶段,其中性轴可假设于截面中间。如需考虑高强螺栓群非弹性阶段的作用,则该阶段下中性轴可假设位于最下排螺栓所在位置。 Semi-rigid beam-column joints are common connection modes in existing portal frame structures.The mechanical characteristics of high-strength bolt groups of such joints are not clear.In order to understand it,this paper applies 6 sets of full-scale beam-column joints to be experimentally studied.The load-strain curves of the bolt groups are obtained.According to the research results,for the semi-rigid beam-column end-plate connections,the neutral axis of the high-strength bolt group can be assumed to be in the middle of the section in the elastic phase under the action of bending moment.To consider the effect of the inelastic phase of the high-strength bolt group,the neutral axis at this stage can be assumed to be at the position of the lowest row of bolts.
