水平定向钻穿越河道及砂质淤泥层的案例分析

水平定向钻在穿越城市道路中,存在引起道路塌陷的风险。但是在穿越河道过程中,在施工技术上具有较多优势;特别是在安全施工方面,其优越性超过顶管施工(优势管径800~1200mm之间)。本文通过阐述"福州市洋里污水处理厂厂区及厂外管网三期工程福光南路过光明港干管工程(DN800拉管部分)"在穿越光明港河过程中所遇到的问题,阐明在穿越河道时碰到的技术难点及处理措施。

The penetration of horizontal directional drilling through the city road may cause road collapse.However,there are many advantages in construction technology in the course of crossing the river.Especially in the safety construction,its superiority exceeds that of the pipe jacking construction(between 800 and 1200 advantageous pipe diameter).Here,we elaborate on the problems encountered in the process of "the third phaseof crossing the Guangming Port Main Pipe Project(DN 800 Drain Section) in Fuguang South Road of the Yangli Sewage Treatment Plant inside and outside Pipe Network Project in Fuzhou".The technical difficulties encountered in crossing the river and corresponding treatment measures are expounded.
