摘要 钢筋混凝土内支撑是一种常见的基坑支护类型。近年来,随着高层建筑的不断建设、发展,基坑施工的规模也随之加大,大深度、大广度的基坑工程早已屡见不鲜,而传统的内支撑拆除技术由于工艺的局限性,存在一定的拖延工期、成本增加、安全隐患等问题。本文通过利用BIM技术模拟拆撑过程,合理优化拆撑方案和辅助总包单位进行施工交底,显著提高了内支撑拆除现场施工的效率和安全性。 Reinforced concrete internal support is a common type of foundation pit support.In recent years,with the continuous construction and development of high-rise buildings,foundation pit engineering with large depth and width has been common for a long time.However,the traditional internal support demolition technology is limited by the process.There are some problems such as delaying construction period,increasing cost and potential safety hazards. BIM technology was used to simulate the process of dismantling and bracing,and then optimize the construction scheme and assist the overall contractor to submit the construction report to the subcontractors.The efficiency and safety of site construction of internal support demolition are significantly improved.
