摘要
以大豆原油为原料,分别选择硅藻土、活性炭、活性白土、豆粕、珍珠岩、木质纤维素、凹凸棒土和膨润土作为过滤介质,对大豆原油过滤除杂,制备大豆浓缩磷脂,研究各种过滤介质对大豆浓缩磷脂透明度的影响,结果表明木质纤维素可以有效去除大豆原油中的杂质,制备得到的大豆浓缩磷脂透明度甚至比食品级大豆浓缩磷脂高。
Using soybean crude oil as raw material,diatomaceous earth,activated carbon,activated clay,soybean meal,perlite,lignocellulose,attapulgite and bentonite were selected as filter media to filter and remove impurities from soybean crude oil,and to prepare soybean concentrated phospholipids.The effect of the filter medium on the transparency of soybean concentrated phospholipids indicates that lignocellulose could effectively remove impurities in soybean crude oil,and the prepared soybean concentrated phospholipids were even more transparent than food grade soybean concentrated phospholipids.
