普通本科高校校企合作存在的问题及对策研究

Study on the Problem and Countermeasures in the School-enterprise Cooperation of the Undergraduate University

校企合作是推进"坚持以本为本,推进四个回归,建设中国特色、世界水平的一流本科教育"的重要抓手。长期以来,政府愿推动、高校有需求、企业有条件、学生有时间,但由于政府、高校、企业、学生在资源、需求、实施等方面的不一致,致使较多的校企合作仅停留在表面,没有达到应有的合作目标。通过多层次的问卷调查,了解高校、企业、学生的实际需求,从参与各方根本诉求入手,提出切实可行的对策,为普通本科高校深化改革、推进校企合作提供理论参考。

School-enterprise cooperation is an important approach to serve for the concepts of the undergraduate-oriented,four-regression,and first-class undergraduate education construction in world.The resource,requirement and implementation were all inconsistent for quite some time,and thus leads to only a superficial cooperation among the government,universities,enterprise and undergraduates,although all of them were in need of the school-enterprise cooperation,acknowledgement and analysis the demands of them through questionnaire surveys,were to seek for a feasible solution,which can provide theoretical reference to deepen reform of the universities,and promote the cooperation between universities and enterprises.
