摘要
为了测定HLHT-1咪唑啉缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,采用失重法和电化学测试方法测试了HLHT-1缓蚀剂在哈拉哈塘区块模拟介质中对20G钢的缓蚀效果。结果表明,当加入量为100×10-6 mg/L时,20G钢的腐蚀速率为0.0476 mm/a,缓蚀率可达88.32%,且无明显点蚀。说明该缓蚀剂具有良好的缓蚀效果。极化曲线测试结果表明该缓蚀剂是以抑制阳极反应为主的阳极型缓蚀剂。电化学阻抗结果表明,缓蚀剂具有较好的持续缓蚀效果,模拟介质中浸泡96 h仍具有较高的缓蚀性能。
In order to determine the corrosion inhibition performance of HLHT-1 imidazoline corrosion inhibitor,the corrosion inhibition effect of HLHT-1 corrosion inhibitor on 20 G steel in the simulated medium of Harahatang block was tested by the weight loss method and the electrochemical test. The results showed that when the addition amount was 100 ×10-6 mg/L,the corrosion rate of 20 G steel was 0.047 6 mm/a,the corrosion inhibition rate was up to 88.32%,and there was no obvious pitting,indicating that the corrosion inhibitor had good corrosion inhibition effect. The polarization curve test results show that the corrosion inhibitor is an anodic corrosion inhibitor which mainly inhibits the anodic reaction. The results of the electrochemical impedance showed that the corrosion inhibitor had a good effect of the continuous corrosion inhibition,and the corrosion inhibition property was still high after 96 h corrosion.
