摘要
讨论了镁质滑板在烧成过程中产生裂纹的因素及控制要点。调整滑板烧成工艺制度并优化滑板装窑车方式后,发现滑板裂纹长度和宽度减小,滑板合格率由80%提高到98%以上,极大地降低了生产成本。
This paper introduces the factors and control essentials of crack generation in the sintering process of magnesian sliding plate. After adjusting the sintering process schedule and optimizing the loading ways of the sliding plate in the kiln car,the length and width of the sliding plate crack decrease,and the qualified rate has been raised from 80% to over 98%,greatly reducing the production cost.
