针对新能源行业特点,通过在常规安全帽上增加智能扩展结构的方式实现功能,以解决新能源行业安全监管问题。提出了一种适用于新能源行业智能安全帽总体设计,介绍了设计内容、设计指标,阐述了硬件平台、软件平台的设计思路,描述了成果及应用,提出了结论及不足,为新能源行业设计类似产品提供了参考。

According to the characteristics of the new energy industry, the smart extension structures are added to the conventional safety helmet to realize its functions, so as to solve the safety supervision problems of the new energy industry. An overall design of a smart safety helmet for new energy industry is presented, the contents and objective of design is introduced, the design ideas of hardware platform and software platform are expounded, the results and applications are described. Meanwhile, the conclusions and shortcomings are put forward, which provides a reference for designing similar products in the new energy industry.
