发电企业人身伤害事故分析及对策探讨

Analysis and Countermeasures of Personal Injury Accidents in Power Generation Enterprises

分析2017-2019年5月发电企业生产作业中出现的人身伤害事故,涵盖事故等级、区域分布、主要致因、伤害类别、用工形式和涉及工种六个方面,指出发电企业在炉后重点区域管理、反违章管理、高风险作业管理、外协用工管理、设备设施以及作业环境等方面存在问题和漏洞。同时也对当前生产作业中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了针对性的建议,为发电企业人身伤害事故管控工作的开展提供对策。

The personal injury accidents occurred in the production operations of power generation enterprises from 2017 to May 2019 are analyzed from six aspects of accident level, regional distribution, main causes, injury categories, employment forms, and types of work involved. It is pointed out that power generation enterprises have problems and loopholes in key boiler area management, anti-violation management, highrisk operation management, outsourcing employment management, equipment and operation environment etc. Meanwhile, the existing problems in the current production are also discussed and specific suggestions are put forward, which provides countermeasures for the management and control of personal injury accidents in power generation enterprises.
