随着社会对当今大学生人才需求的不断提高,中国教育体系已经从象牙塔式的教育逐渐转变为普及性教育。上海视觉艺术学院提出适应社会发展需求的"三位一体"人才培养模式,着重培养当代大学生创新能力。本文旨在通过分析传统中国高等教育培养模式下人才培养的弊端,提出迎合新时代、新形势的三位一体教育模式。本文通过对上海视觉艺术学院教学案例分析,探索出一条创新的艺术教育之路,最终为社会培养所需要的综合素质极高的复合型人才。

With the increasing demand for talents of college students, the education system in China has gradually changed from ivory tower education to universal education. Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts puts forward a "trinity" talent training mode to meet the needs of social development, focusing on cultivating the innovative ability of contemporary college students. This essay aims to put forward a trinity education mode that caters to the new era and new situation by analyzing the disadvantages of talent training under the traditional Chinese higher education mode. With analyzing the teaching cases of Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts, this essay explores an innovative way of art education for cultivating complex talents of high comprehensive quality needed by the society.
