摘要
为了保护存在于混凝土中的高碱环境中的细菌,采用吸水性强的沸石做载体;基于微生物的矿化理论,利用微生物技术对开裂混凝土进行自修复。水泥砂浆开裂自愈合的研究结果表明:开裂龄期为28 d时,对于含有和不含愈合剂的样品,修复效果存在显著差异,掺有愈合剂的样品,宽度在0.1 mm以内的裂缝能够完全修复。
In order to protect the bacteria in the high-alkali environment in concrete,the zeolite with strong water absorption was used as the carrier.Based on the mineralization theory of microorganism,the cracked concrete was repaired by microbial technology.The results of the research on the cracking and self-healing of cement mortar show that:when the cracking age is 28 days,there is a significant difference in the repairing effect between the samples with and without the healing agent.For the samples with the healing agent,the crack width within 0.1 mm can be completely repaired.
