摘要
在分析FPGA空间单粒子效应的基础上,为了实现星载电子设备运行的稳定性,研究FPGA的动态刷新原理,介绍了几种抗单粒子翻转方法,根据位流文件设计出用于动态刷新的指令并通过实例验证。通过FPGA定期从PROM中读取用户配置信息,动态刷新内部配置信息,从而减少FPGA配置存储器发生单粒子翻转的概率,提高星载电子设备运行的可靠性。
On the analysis of single-event upset, proposes reliable dynamic reconfiguration method base on PROM, introduce several correcting single event upsets methods. Design the command depend on the bit stream and verify the command. The configuration information is read from the PROM to dynamic scrub the configuration memory in FPGA, thereby dynamic scrubbing can reduce the probability of single-event upsets and increase the reliability of the electronic equipment on the satellite.
