企业科技项目管理中存在的问题与对策研究

Analysis of the Management of Science and Technology Projects in Enterprises:Problems and Countermeasures

鉴于目前企业科技项目管理存在选题缺乏精准性及前瞻性、立项前期缺乏充分论证、实施过程缺乏有效管理、申报及验收材料编写缺乏足够重视等诸多问题,有必要在弄清科技项目及科技项目管理内涵、科技项目管理特点的前提下,结合工作实际对企业科技项目管理中出现的上述问题进行深入分析,然后从选题、立项论证、动态管理、立项申报书和验收申请书等几个方面提出改进对策,以期提升企业科技项目管理水平。

In view of the problems existing in the scientific and technological project management of enterprises,such as the lack of accuracy and foresight in the topic selection,the lack of sufficient demonstration in the early stage of project approval,the lack of effective management in the implementation process,and the lack of enough attention to the preparation of application and acceptance materials,it is necessary to manage the scientific and technological projects of enterprises in combination with the actual work on the premise of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of scientific and technological project management.In order to improve the management level of science and technology projects,the paper analyzes the above problems in depth,and then puts forward improvement countermeasures from the aspects of topic selection,project demonstration,dynamic management,project application and acceptance application.
