数字化与技能影响下成人教育发展启示——基于《2019年OECD技能展望》

Enlightenment of the Development of Adult Education under the Influence of Digitalization and Skills ——Based on the Analysis of “OECD Skills Outlook 2019”

数字化带来劳动力市场需求调整,先进的技能是各国融入全球市场的重要资本。为应对数字化时代挑战,于成人技能调查基础上,2019年5月9日经济合作与发展组织(简称OECD)发布了《2019年OECD技能展望》,主题是《在数字世界中蓬勃发展》。研究以OECD官方发布的报告和相关数据为基础,对数字化带来的技能转变、数字化时代成人教育与培训面临的阻碍、相关政策分析以及对我国成人教育与培训的影响几个方面进行了分析。

Digitalization brings adjustments in labor market demand, and advanced skills are the important capital for countries to integrate into global markets. In response to the challenges of the digital era, based on the adult skills survey, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD) released the "OECD Skills Outlook 2019" on May 9, 2019 with the theme "Thriving in a Digital World". Based on the official reports and related data released by the OECD, this paper analyzes the skills transformation brought by digitalization, the barriers faced by adult education and training in the digital era, the relevant policy analysis and the impact on adult education and training in China.
