摘要 激光表面强化技术作为一种先进的表面处理技术,在工业领域有着广泛应用。本文介绍了激光重熔、激光熔覆和激光合金化技术的特点以及激光表面强化技术在铜合金上的应用,应用激光表面强化技术可以提高铜及其合金表面硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性等性能,大部分研究对铜合金导电性的要求不高,国内外研究应用的目标主要是结晶器,而对激光处理后的铜合金导电性的变化研究较少,同时铜合金激光表面强化的工艺还不完善,机理尚不清晰,对于制备高强高导铜合金材料是今后研究的重要方向。最后对铜合金激光表面强化的研究和发展进行了展望。 As an advanced technology for surface treatment,laser surface strengthening technology has been widely used in the industrial field.This paper introduces the characteristics of laser remelting,laser cladding and laser alloying technology and the application of laser surface strengthening technology on copper alloy.Laser surface strengthening technology can improve the surface hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of copper and its alloys.Most of the research on the copper alloy conductivity requirements are not high,for instance,the main target of domestic and foreign research and application is the crystallizer,but there is less research on the laser treatment of copper alloy conductivity changes,while copper alloy laser surface strengthening process is still not perfect,and the mechanism is still not clear.It is an important research direction for the preparation of high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloy materials.Finally,the research and development of copper alloy laser surface strengthening are prospected.
