摘要 采用计算机数值模拟来研究汽车右门拉延成形工艺,分析探讨起皱、开裂等缺陷的原因和解决方法;通过Autoform软件模拟分析了拉延工艺参数(拉延筋、压边力和摩擦系数)对成形质量的影响,并确定优化的工艺参数。 The deep drawing process of auto right door was investigated by computer numerical simulation.The cause and solutions to the drawbacks of wrinkles and cracks were analyzed and discussed in this paper.Influences of deep drawing process parameters like drawbead,blank holder force and friction coefficient on the forming quality were simulated and analyzed by using Autoform software.Meanwhile,the optimized process parameters were determined.
