激光诱导光谱对山药中元素的检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了证明激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术应用于山药中元素快速检测的可行性,采用该技术对山药样品进行分析,分别获得了对未处理和经过预处理的山药样品激光诱导击穿光谱。通过与标准元素光谱数据进行比对,观察到Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn四种元素的特征谱线;研究同一激光波长下、单脉冲激光能量变化对等离子体光谱效果的影响,以及同一单脉冲激光能量下、不同波长激光对等离子体光谱效果的影响。结果表明,在相同波长下,随着激光能量强度的变化,Ca元素的特征谱线强度随能量显著增加,证实了激光诱导击穿光谱技术应用于农产品检测的可行性,为后续利用激光诱导击穿光谱进行农产品检测提供了实验基础。 In order to prove the feasibility of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)in rapid determination of elements in yam,the LIBS spectrum of untreated and pretreated yam was obtained respectively.By comparing with the standard spectral data of elements,the characteristic spectral lines of Ca,Fe,Mg and Mn were found.The effects of different laser energy by single pulse,and the effects of different laser wavelength were studied.The experimental results showed that the intensity of Ca line increased significantly with laser energy at the same laser wavelength.It can be concluded that the LIBS technology can be used for the detection of metal elements in yam,which provides an experimental basis for the detection of agricultural products by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy.
