棉织物的香蕉皮色素超声波染色

Ultrasonic dyeing of cotton fabric with natural dyes extracted from banana Peel

使用乙醇提取的香蕉皮色素,分别用直接染色法和媒染法对棉织物进行超声波染色,并测试上染率和色牢度。结果表明,香蕉皮色素染色棉织物具有较好的色牢度,其中温度50℃,浴比1∶50,染色时间60 min,pH值3时,上染率最好。三种的媒染方式中,预媒染方式上染率最好。

The pigment of banana peel extracted by ethanol is dyed with direct dyeing and mordant dyeing ultrasonic wave method respectively on cotton fabrics,and the dyeing rate and colour fastness are tested.The results show that the cotton fabric dyed with banana peel pigments has good colour fastness.The best dyeing rate conditions are dyeing temperature of 50℃,ratio of solid to solution of 1:50,dyeing time of 60 min and pH value of 3.The pre-mordant dyeing method has best dyeing rate of the three mordant dyeing method.
