摘要
后勤保障服务部门是地市级农科所行政体系的一个分支,为农业科研工作提供了基础保障服务。但是在新时代,传统的后勤服务模式由于存在人员综合素质不高、职业技术水平有限、服务意识不强、管理不规范等问题,已经不能满足职工日益增长的物质文化需要,服务能力与水平亟待提升。文章以江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所为例,重点分析了目前地市级农科所后勤服务方面存在的问题,并从转变服务理念、加强制度管理、强化对外交流与宣传、引入社会化服务等方面提出了进一步提升后勤保障服务能力的对策。
Logistics support service department is a branch of the administrative system of municipal agricultural science institutes, which provides basic support services for agricultural scientific research work. However, in the new era, the traditional logistic service mode can not meet the growing material and cultural needs of workers because of the low quality of personnel, the limited level of vocational and technical skills, the lack of service awareness, and the irregular management. The service ability and level need to be improved urgently. Taking Lixiahe Agricultural Science Institute of Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper focused on the analysis of the problems existing in the logistics services of local and municipal agricultural scientific institutes, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on further improving the logistics service ability in the aspects of changing service concept, strengthening system management, strengthening external communication and publicity, and introducing socialized services.
