信息化在企业物资采购管理工作中的创新应用

企业经营规模不断扩大,对各类物资的需求量也在持续提升,物资采购管理面临的工作压力也相应增加。除了要注意控制物资采购的质量、成本外,还要实现物资的最优化利用,减少因为库存积压带来的损耗。将信息技术应用到物资采购管理中,搭建物资采购管理平台,实现对采购方案、采购合同的科学管理,以及对采购过程的全面监督,推动物资采购管理向规范化、精益化方向发展。文章首先概述了物资采购管理信息化的重要价值和应用现状,随后介绍了信息技术在采购方案管理、财务结算管理方面的创新应用,最后就如何保障物资采购管理信息系统的推广使用提出了几点建议。

With the continuous expansion of the operation scale of enterprises,the demand for all kinds of materials is also increasing,and the work pressure of material procurement management is also increasing accordingly.In addition to paying attention to controlling the quality and cost of material procurement,it is also necessary to achieve the optimal use of materials and reduce the loss caused by overstocking.To apply information technology to material procurement management,build a material procurement management platform,achieve scientific management of procurement plans and procurement contracts,as well as comprehensive supervision of the procurement process,and promote the development of material procurement management to the direction of standardization and lean,this paper first summarizes the important value and application status of material procurement management informatization,and then introduces the innovative application of information technology in procurement scheme management and financial settlement management.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to ensure the popularization and use of material procurement management information system.
