摘要
反应堆结构设计内部接口复杂,同时与堆芯物理、一回路系统、核仪器仪表、燃料组件、热工水力、力学分析等专业具有大量外部接口。目前以文档交付物为核心的设计模式中,不同文档交付物均可作为工作依据,而各文档交付物之间未形成数据关联,可能形成多个数据源,从而造成数据冲突,导致设计差错。因此,反应堆三维协同设计平台的重要目的之一就是实现单一数据源,保证设计正确。文章对反应堆结构三维协同设计平台现阶段的三维骨架接口、三维模型与二维图纸关联以及三维模型与仿真模型之间关联三个方面的以三维模型为核心的单一数据源设计模式进行了梳理,并分析了其局限性,提出三维模型与文档数据关联和仿真模型版本管理的需求,为后续反应堆结构三维协同设计平台的建设和完善提供参考。
The internal interfaces of reactor structure design are complicated and there exist huge numbers of external interfaces to the reactor core physics,primary circuit system,nuclear instrument,fuel assemblies,thermohydraulics and mechanical analysis.The design mode is based on documents and different documents all can offer reference for the design work.As a result,there will be multi-data source without data connections between documents,thus bringing data conflicts and design errors.Thus,the main purpose of the three-dimensional collaborative design platform is the establishment of single data source.This paper has concluded the single data source design mode based on 3D model,which includes the skeleton interfaces,the dynamic connections between the 3D model,the 2D drawing and the simulation model.The limitations are discussed and the demand for the dynamic connection between 3D model and documents is introduced,which can provide reference for the following construction of the three-dimensional collaborative design platform.
