摘要
空间斜孔在加工时需要把孔的中心线与机床工作台基准面放置平行或垂直。工件的定位面与机床工作台之间形成定位角、定向角,通过立体模型试验,找出了投影角与定位角、定向角的初步关系,采用立体几何法推导出定位角、定向角与投影角的数学模型。把数学模型转换成excel函数公式,实现了定位角、定向角的快速自动计算。本发明已在公司日常生产中作为计算工具推广应用。
When machining the space inclined hole,it is necessary to place the center line of the hole parallel or perpendicular to the datum of the machine tool worktable.The positioning angle and orientation angle are formed between the positioning surface of the workpiece and the machine tool worktable.Through the three-dimensional model test,the preliminary relationship between the projection angle and the positioning angle and the orientation angle is found out,and the mathematical models of the positioning angle,orientation angle and projection angle are deduced by the solid geometry method.The mathematical model is transformed into excel function formula,and the fast and automatic calculation of positioning angle and orientation angle is realized.The invention has been popularized and applied as a calculation tool in the daily production of the company.
