OpenCV在智能车牌识别系统中的应用研究

交通监管系统是车辆规范性驾驶的重要保障,通过OpenCV对车牌信息进行采集,然后对图像信息进行精准识别,以记录车辆在监管系统下的各项行驶信息。基于此,文章对智能车牌识别系统特性进行论述,从颜色定位法、纹理定位法对车牌在系统中的定位形式进行监测,并对OpenCV在智能车牌识别系统中的应用进行研究。

Traffic supervision system is an important guarantee of vehicle normative driving.The license plate information is collected by OpenCV,and then the image information is accurately identified to record the driving information of the vehicle under the supervision system.Based on this,this paper discusses the characteristics of the intelligent license plate recognition system,monitors the positioning form of the license plate in the system from the color positioning method and texture positioning method,and studies the application of OpenCV in the intelligent license plate recognition system.
