防止3D打印模型特征偏移的自适应分层方法 被引量:7

摘要 3D打印中,分层后的加工模型可能会存在特征偏移、丢失等问题,但是现有方法只能保留模型特征,而无法防止模型特征出现偏移。文章深入剖析其原因,提出了一种改进的自适应分层方法。识别出特征所在高度并进行调节;在确定的特征高度处进行分层,并在每2个相邻特征高度之间采用顶尖高度法进行自适应分层;采用等厚分层、自适应分层及本文方法,对比了5个STL测试模型的仿真结果。实验结果表明,该文方法可以有效防止模型特征偏移和丢失,同时兼顾打印件表面精度和打印效率,具有一定的实际价值。 At present,there are still remaining challenges with model feature offset and loss in 3D printing.The existing methods can only retain model features,but cannot avoid model feature offset.To resolve this problem,we propose an improved adaptive slicing algorithm.Firstly,the feature heights of model are identified and adjusted.Then,slicing is performed at the determined feature height,and the top height method is employed for adaptive slicing between each two adjacent feature heights.Finally,the simulation experiments of five STL models are compared by using three slicing methods,i.e.,the equal thickness stratification,adaptive stratification and the method proposed.The results show that the proposed slicing algorithm can effectively avoid the model feature offset and loss.Meanwhile,both the surface accuracy and printing efficiency are taken into account,having practical significance in 3D printing.
