大理石矿采场结构参数的模拟优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 房柱式开采是地下石材矿山最常见的开采方式,其采场的稳定性决定于矿房和矿柱尺寸等采场布置参数的合理性。文章以某大理石石材矿山为例,通过理论分析确定了较合理的3种采场参数方案,通过有限元软件对3种参数方案的采场顶板及矿柱的稳定性进行了模拟分析,得到了矿柱和顶板的位移与应力的分布规律,分析表明原方案存在很大安全风险。通过矿石损失率计算,对各方案进行优选,在保障矿山安全开采的条件下,矿房跨度12 m、矿柱宽度8 m为采场最优结构参数,回采率达81%,该文为矿山企业的采场参数设计提供了理论指导和实际参考。 Room and pillar mining is the most common mining method for underground stone mines.The stability of the stope depends on the reasonableness of the layout parameters such as the size of the mine and the size of the pillar.In this paper,taking a marble stone mine as an example,three more reasonable stope layout schemes are determined through theoretical analysis.The stability of the stope roof and pillars of the three layout schemes including the original scheme is determined by the finite element software.And the distribution law of the displacement and stress of the pillar and the roof is obtained,which shows that the original scheme has a high security risk.Through the calculation of ore loss rate,the optimization of each scheme is carried out.The mine span is 12 m and the pillar width is 8 m,which is the optimal structural parameter of the stope meeting the mining security requirement.The recovery rate is 81%.The study provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the stope parameter design of mining enterprises.
