摘要
目的 探讨脑外伤所致精神障碍患者与正常对照人的眼动数据差异,以作为伤残鉴定新的客观评定指标。方法 本研究于2016年4~12月以1:1招募颅脑外伤脑软化灶患者及正常对照组各30例,让被试完成反射性眼跳、反向眼跳及探索性眼球运动范式,记录被试眼动数据进行统计学分析。结果 反向眼跳范式中,脑软化灶组正确数、眼跳潜伏期、眼跳持续时间均明显高于对照组,探索性眼球活动范式中,脑软化灶组NEF、RSS分别要低于对照组。两组之间反射性眼跳参数比较无统计学差异。结论 脑外伤所致精神障碍与正常人在反向眼跳、探索性眼球运动范式中眼动数据存在明显的不同,为新的客观评定指标提供了理论依据。
Objective To explore the differences in eye movement data between the patients with mental disorders caused by traumatic brain injury and normal controls,as a new objective assessment index for disability identification.Methods From April to December 2016,30 patients with traumatic brain softening lesions and 30 healthy controls were enrolled with the ratio of 1:1.Participants were asked to complete reflective saccades,reverse saccades,and exploratory eye movement paradigms.The eye movement data of the subjects were recorded for statistical analysis.Results In the reverse saccade paradigm,the correct number of brain softening lesion group,saccade latency,and duration of saccade were significantly higher than those in the control group.In the exploratory eye movement paradigm,NEF and RSS in the brain softening lesion group were lower than those in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the parameters of reflective saccades between the two groups.Conclusion The mental disorder caused by traumatic brain injury is significantly different from that of healthy people in the reverse saccades and exploratory eye movement paradigm.It provides a theoretical basis for the new objective assessment index.
