单孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的临床有效性

Clinical efficacy of single-hole thoracoscopic radical mastectomy for early stage non-small cell lung cancer

目的 探讨单孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的临床有效性。方法 选取我院2018年3月~2019年3月收治的100例早期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者采用常规开胸纵隔淋巴结清扫术,观察组患者采用单孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术,观察比较观察组与对照组的临床治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者在术中出血量、术后总引流量、手术时间、淋巴结清扫数量、淋巴结清扫组数、输血量、引流管放置时间、术后住院时间等指标方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为6.0%,对照组患者并发症发生率为14.0%,两组患者在并发症发生率方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对早期非小细胞肺癌患者运用单孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术能显著提升患者治疗效果,降低患者不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of single-hole thoracoscopic radical mastectomy for early stage non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional open thoracic mediastinal lymph nodes.The observation group underwent single-hole thoracoscopic lung cancer resection.The clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group were observed.Results There were significant differences in the intraoperative blood loss,total postoperative drainage,operation time,number of lymph node dissection,the groups of lymph node dissection,blood transfusion,drainage tube placement time,and postoperative hospital stay(P<0.05).The complication rate was 6.0%in the observation group and 14.0%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-hole thoracoscopic radical surgery for patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients and reduce adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
