微信群对血液科患者进行高效管理的效果

Effect of WeChat group on effective management of patients in the department of hematology

目的 探讨微信群对血液科患者进行高效管理的效果。方法 选取2016年1月~2018年12月在我院就诊的血液病患者,按病种入微信群,由血液科医师专人负责相应微信群进行管理。结果 分病种共建立10个微信群,加强医患联系后,满意度由92.2%上升至99.2%,平均住院时间由(10.1±2.5)d下降至(8.9±1.8)d,医疗投诉、纠纷逐年减少。化疗后患者进行微信群管理,及时复诊率由70.8%上升至95.8%(P=0.000),粒缺发生率由47.1%下降至30.9%(P=0.109),低细胞期感染率由37.5%下降至15.5%(P=0.006),出血发生率由20.8%下降至4.2%(P=0.004)。结论 微信群增加了患者的信任度、满意度,提高了依从性,可作为一个可靠的医患互动平台。

Objective To explore the effect of WeChat group on efficiently manage of patients in the department of hematology.Methods Patients with hematologic diseases who were admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the WeChat group according to the disease.The hematologists were responsible for the patient management.Results A total of 10 WeChat groups were established according to different diseases.After strengthening the connection between doctors and patients,the satisfaction rate increased from 92.2%to 99.2%,and the average hospitalization time decreased from(10.1±2.5)d to(8.9±1.8)d.Medical complaints and disputes decreased year by year.After chemotherapy,patients underwent WeChat group management.The rate of timely follow-up was increased from 70.8%to 95.8%(P=0.000).The incidence of granule deficiency decreased from 47.1%to 30.9%(P=0.109).And the infection rate at low cell stage decreased from 37.5%to 15.5%(P=0.006),and the bleeding rate decreased from 20.8%to 4.2%(P=0.004).Conclusion WeChat group increases patient trust,satisfaction,and compliance,and can be used as a reliable interactive platform for doctors and patients.
