TIP辅助治疗重度抑郁症发作的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of TIP in the treatment of major depressive episodes

目的 探讨低阻抗意念导入疗法(thought imprint psychotherapy in a lowered resistance state,TIP)辅助治疗重度抑郁症发作的临床疗效。方法 选择2018年1月~2019年4月在我院诊断治疗的重症抑郁发作患者60例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗联合心理治疗;研究组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗TIP治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗后HAMD评分、WMPI胆气分量表、治疗依从性。结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组HAMD评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组HAMD评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组人际恐惧、自然恐惧、适应力、莫名恐惧及胆气分量表总分均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组人际恐惧、自然恐惧、适应力及胆气分量表总分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周,两组治疗依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后8周,研究组治疗依从性评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TIP辅助治疗重度抑郁症发作可显著提高临床疗效,降低HAMD评分,改善WMPI胆气分量表评分,提高治疗依从性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thought impression psychotherapy in a lowered resistance state(TIP)in the treatment of major depressive episodes.Methods Sixty patients with major depressive episodes diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received escitalopram oxalate tablets combined with psychotherapy.The study group received escitalopram oxalate tablets for TIP treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,HAMD score,WMPI danqi scale,treatment compliance after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of interpersonal fear,natural fear,resilience,inexplicable fear and danqi scale were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores interpersonal fear,natural fear,resilience,and danqi scale of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment compliance scores between the two groups at 4 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).At 8 weeks after treatment,the treatment compliance score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TIP-assisted treatment of major depressive episodes can significantly improve clinical outcomes,reduce HAMD scores,improve WMPI danqi scores,and improve the treatment compliance.
