Hemorheological changes of cerebral vasospasm in subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的 探讨蛛网膜下腔出血后继发脑血管痉挛的血液流变学变化及对患者TESS评分的影响。方法 选取我院2017年7月~2018年6月收治的蛛网膜下腔出血后继发脑血管痉挛患者36例,采取常规治疗,在入院第二天采用芳香开窍药嗅吸剂进行治疗,对照组是30例健康志愿者。观察患者的内皮素含量与正常值之间的差异,两组患者之间的血液流变学指标及患者的TESS评分。结果 研究组患者内皮素含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血液流变学各项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后各个时间点研究组TESS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 蛛网膜下腔出血后继发脑出血管痉挛患者内皮素含量以及血液流变学显著改变,加大不良反应发生风险,需引起医务人员的重视。

Objective To investigate the hemorheological changes of secondary cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage and its effect on patients'TESS score.Methods 36 patients(study group)with secondary cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.All patients were treated routinely.The study group was treated by resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbal sniffing agent on the second day after admission.The control group were 30 healthy volunteers.The difference between the patients'endothelin level and the normal level was observed,and the blood rheology index and TESS scores were compared between the two groups.Results The endothelin level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood rheology indexes of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The TESS score of the study group was significantly lower at each time point after treatment than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The content of endothelin and hemorheology significantly change in patients with secondary cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage,which increases the risk of adverse reactions,and more attention should be paid.
