探讨快速康复外科理念下集束化管理在腹腔镜结直肠癌患者围手术期护理的应用效果

Application effect of cluster management in perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer under the concept of fast track surgery

目的 探讨快速康复外科理念下集束化管理在腹腔镜结直肠癌患者围手术期护理的应用效果。方法 选取2017年5月~2018年12月我院收治的72例结直肠癌患者,根据患者就诊时间分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。观察组采用快速康复外科理念下集束化管理措施,对照组采用常规护理措施,比较两组护理满意组、并发症发生情况及术后首次排气时间、住院时间。结果 观察组护理满意度为97.22%,对照组护理满意度为80.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.56%,明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后首次排气时间、住院时间分别为(2.7±0.4)d和(10.1±1.2)d,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于结直肠癌患者围手术期护理,在快速康复外科理念下实行集束化管理,可达到较好的护理效果,患者满意度提高,术后可促使患者尽早排气,缩短住院时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of cluster management in perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer under the concept of fast track surgery.Methods Seventy-two patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled and divided into the observation group(n=36)and the control group(n=36)according to the time of treatment.Clustering management measures under the concept of fast track surgery were implemented in the observation group and routine nursing measures were implemented in the control group.The nursing satisfaction rates,incidences of complications,postoperative first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.22%and the nursing satisfaction rate in the control group was 80.56%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence in complications in the observation group was 5.56%,which was significantly lower than that(33.33%)in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(2.7±0.4)days and(10.1±1.2)days,which were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal cancer,the application of cluster management under the concept of fast track surgery can achieve preferable nursing results,improve patients'satisfaction,promote early postoperative exhaust and shorten hospitalization time.
