摘要
目的构建慢性睡眠-觉醒节律紊乱的模型,采用精神运动警觉测试(PVT)研究慢性睡眠-觉醒节律紊乱的脑功能变化的特点。方法选取30名受试者完成36 h的睡眠剥夺,接续进行5 d的睡眠-觉醒节律紊乱,最后进行2 d的自由睡眠恢复。试验期间,采用PVT、体动腕表对受试的认知功能、体动睡眠变化进行监测。结果受试者的脑认知功能随着慢性睡眠-觉醒节律紊乱的持续而逐渐减退。与基线比较,慢性睡眠-觉醒节律紊乱后,PVT指标均有明显的升高,随着睡眠债务累加,脑认知功能逐渐下降。在睡眠-觉醒节律紊乱阶段,受试者日间睡眠的稳定性差。结论初步构建成功睡眠-觉醒节律紊乱的模型;睡眠-觉醒节律紊乱的睡眠债务的累积迅速,对脑认知功能的影响严重,需引起重视和进一步的研究。
Objective To establish a model of chronic sleep-wake rhythm disorders and study the changes of brain functions caused by chronic sleep-wake rhythm disorders using the psychomotor vigilance test(PVT).Methods A total of 30 subjects were selected to complete a sleep experiment,which consists of three phases:36 h sleep deprivation,five-day sleep-wake rhythm disorders and two-day recovery of free sleep.During the experiment,PVT and Actiwatch 2.0 were used to monitor the changes of cognitive functions,body movement and sleep of the subjects.Results The brain cognitive functions of the subjects gradually declined as the chronic sleep-wake rhythm disorders continued.Compared with the baseline,all PVT indicators increased significantly after the onset of chronic sleep-wake rhythm disorders.The brain cognitive functions gradually declined with the accumulation of sleep debt.During the phase of sleep-wake rhythm disorders,the stability of daytime sleep of the subjects was poor.Conclusion A model of sleep-wake rhythm disorders is preliminarily established.The rapid accumulation of sleep debt caused by sleep-wake rhythm disorders has a serious effect on brain cognitive functions,which requires attention and further study.
