摘要 目的:研究给予足跟痛患者抗骨质疏松辅助治疗的价值。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年10月本院足跟痛患者86例,简单随机法分为联合组与参照组,各43例。参照组单纯使用非甾体抗炎药治疗,联合组使用降钙素+钙剂+非甾体抗炎药治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后骨代谢指标[总碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、Ⅰ型胶原交联C端肽(β-CTX)及抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)]、骨密度(BMD)及氧化应激中晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果:联合组总有效率为95.35%高于参照组79.07%(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,联合组L2~4及右股骨颈BMD均高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,联合组血清ALP、BGP水平均高于参照组,血清β-CTX、TRACP水平均低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,联合组血清SOD水平高与参照组,血清AOPP水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗骨质疏松辅助治疗足跟痛,疗效显著,能有效增加骨密度,改善骨代谢,恢复机体抗氧化能力。 Objective: To research the value of adjuvant treatment for anti osteoporosis in patients with heel pain. Method: A total of 86 patients with heel pain in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into combined group and reference group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with NSAIDs, while the combined group was treated with calcitonin + calcium + NSAIDs. The results of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, bone metabolism indexes [total alkaline phosphatase(ALP), osteocalcin(BGP), type I collagen cross-linked C-terminal peptide(β-CTX) and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP)], bone mineral density(BMD), oxidation protein products(AOPP) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels. Result: The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 95.35%, which was higher than 79.07% in the reference group(P<0.05). After one course of treatment, the BMD of L2-4 and right femoral neck in the combined group were higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). After one course of treatment, the levels of ALP and BGP in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group, and the levels of β-CTX and TRACP in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05). After one course of treatment, the serum SOD level of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group, and the serum AOPP level was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Anti osteoporosis is an effective treatment for heel pain.It can effectively increase bone density, improve bone metabolism and restore antioxidant capacity.
