3D可视化医疗影像技术在肾肿瘤手术中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨3D可视化医疗影像技术在肾肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年3月就诊于本院泌尿外科且拟行肾肿瘤切除术的患者56例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各28例。对照组接受常规腹腔镜下肾肿瘤切除术,观察组在3D可视化医疗影像技术的辅助下完成腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术。比较两组手术用时、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间、尿流速度及术后并发症发生情况。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术。观察组的手术用时、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组健侧、患侧尿流速度水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3 d,观察组患侧尿流速度水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但术后7 d时两组健侧、患侧尿流速度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后观察组并发症发生率为7.14%,明显低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.383,P<0.05)。结论:3D可视化医疗影像技术应用于肾肿瘤手术切除中可显著提升整体手术效率,降低手术医源性创伤,并加快患者的术后康复进程,进一步满足现代外科医学的精准化要求,保证肾肿瘤切除术的有效性与安全性。 Objective:To explore the application value of 3D visualized medical imaging technology in the operation of renal tumors.Method:A total of 56 patients who was to undergo renal tumor resection were treated in the urology department of our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,28 cases in each group.The control group received conventional laparoscopic excision of renal tumor,and the observation group completed laparoscopic excision of renal tumor with the assistance of 3D visualization medical imaging technology.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time,urinary flow rate and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:All the patients successfully completed the operation.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the urinary velocity between the healthy side and the affected side of the two groups before operation(P>0.05);3d after operation,the urine flow velocity of the affected side in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups in the urine flow velocity of the healthy side and the affected side at 7 d after operation(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.14%,which was significantly lower than 28.57% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.383,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3D visual medical image technology in the operation of renal tumor can significantly improve the overall operation efficiency,reduce the iatrogenic trauma of operation and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients,further meet the accuracy requirements of modern surgical medicine,and ensure the effectiveness and safety of renal tumor resection.
