阿糖胞苷联合吡柔比星对白血病患者血清VEGF及bFGF因子水平的影响

Effect of Cytarabine Combined with Pirarubicin on Serum VEGF and bFGF Levels in Leukemia Patients

目的:探讨阿糖胞苷联合吡柔比星对白血病患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年2月本院收治的白血病患者74例,随机分为两组,对照组进行阿糖胞苷联合柔红霉素治疗,研究组进行阿糖胞苷联合吡柔比星治疗。比较两组疗效、VEGF和bFGF水平、毒副反应、感染情况。结果:治疗2个疗程后,研究组有效率为91.9%,高于对照组的73.0%(P<0.05)。两组化疗前VEGF、bFGF水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组化疗后VEGF、bFGF水平均有所下降,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组毒副反应发生率为10.8%,感染发生率为10.8%,均低于对照组的37.8%和32.4%(P<0.05)。结论:白血病治疗中,阿糖胞苷联合吡柔比星的疗效较佳,可改善血清VEGF及bFGF因子水平,应该在临床上多加推广与应用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Cytarabine combined with Pirarubicin on serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)levels in leukemia patients.Method:Seventy-four patients with leukemia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Cytarabine combined with Daunorubicin,the study group was treated with Cytarabine and Pirarubicin.The efficacy,VEGF and bFGF levels,side effects and infection were compared between two groups.Result:After 2 courses of treatment,the effective rate of the study group was 91.9%,which was higher than 73.0% of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of VEGF and bFGF between two groups before chemotherapy(P>0.05).The levels of VEGF and bFGF decreased after chemotherapy in both two groups,and the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic side effects and the incidence of infection of the study group were 10.8%and 10.8%,which were lower than 37.8% and 32.4% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of leukemia,Cytarabine combined with Pirarubicin has better curative effect and can improve the levels of serum VEGF and bFGF factors,it should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
