规范床旁交接班模式在精神科封闭病房的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of Standardized Bedside Shift Mode in Closed Psychiatric Ward

目的:探究规范床旁交接班模式在精神科封闭病房的应用并对其效果进行评价。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年5月于本院精神科封闭病房内住院的80例精神分裂患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施传统交接班模式,观察组实施规范交接班模式。比较两组护士综合能力和素质、神经行为认知状态(NCSE)评分及护理满意情况。结果:观察组干预后护士综合能力和素质高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后NCSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在精神科封闭病房中应用规范化的床旁交接班模式,可以提高护士的综合能力和素质,改善精神病患者认知状况,提高护理满意情况,能有效加强护理质量,促进了护理服务的优化。

Objective:To explore the application of standardized bedside shift mode in closed psychiatric wards and evaluate its effect.Method:A total of 80 schizophrenic patients hospitalized in the closed ward of psychiatry Department of our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional bedside shift mode,while the observation group was given the the standard bedside shift mode.The comprehensive ability and quality of nurses,neurobehavioral cognitive status(NCSE)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The comprehensive ability and quality of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The NCSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized bedside shift mode in closed psychiatric wards can improve the comprehensive ability and quality of nurses,improve the cognitive status of psychiatric patients,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,effectively strengthen the quality of nursing,and promote the optimization of nursing services.
