维生素K1在新生儿和婴儿出血性疾病中应用广泛,而关于维生素K1在新生儿早期凝血功能异常中的运用,我国目前尚无具体统一的方案,关于应用维生素K的剂量、剂型、途径、方法及时间均有不同的报道。故本文论述了新生儿早期凝血功能异常病理生理、维生素K1作用机制、常用方法、剂量及安全性,以期对新生儿维生素K缺乏出血性疾病,能够早发现、早处理,最大程度上降低新生儿病死率。

Vitamin K1 is widely used in neonatal and infant haemorrhagic diseases.However,there is no specific and unified plan for the application of vitamin K1 in the early coagulation dysfunction of newborn in China.There are different reports on the dosage,dosage form,way,method and time of the application of vitamin K.Therefore,this paper discusses the pathophysiology of the abnormal coagulation function in the early stage of the newborn,the mechanism of action of vitamin K1,the commonly used methods,dosage and safety,in order to find and treat the hemorrhagic diseases of vitamin K deficiency in the newborn as early as possible and reduce the neonatal mortality to the greatest extent.
