Analysis of Comprehensive and Strict Governance over the Party and the Rule of Law

在全面从严治党战略中,无论是“全面”,还是“从严”,抑或是“治”,都具有极为丰富和深刻的意涵。依规治党是全面从严治党的法治要求,与全面从严治党有着极为密切的关联。站在全面从严治党的视角下,当前依规治党还存在着不少显见问题,需要通过完善党内法规制度体系,强化党内法规制度的协同性建设,严格把握制度适用对象范围等对策推进中予以矫正。

There are rich and profound meanings in the strategy of comprehensive and strict governance over the Party in terms of its comprehensiveness,strictness and way of governance.Rule-based governance over the Party is closely related to comprehensive and strict governance over the Party,and the former is essential if the latter is practiced by the rule of law.As far as comprehensive and strict governance over the Party is concerned,the rule-based governance over the Party has got a lot of problem needed to be solved.We need to further improve the system management of laws and regulations within the Party and facilitate them developing in an integrated way.And also the application of such laws and regulations should be supervised.
