摘要
焦炉加热煤气种类的改变是焦炉生产中一项重要的生产工艺变更,对焦炉本体的生产和后序的烟气净化系统都会带来较大影响。当焦炉在混合煤气加热和纯焦炉煤气加热两种模式之间进行切换时,焦炉烟气中SO2和NOx含量会有明显变化,尤其是在从纯焦炉煤气切换至混合煤气加热初期,烟气中SO2含量骤升,存在SO2超标排放的环境风险。通过对加热煤气成分变化、焦炉工艺参数变化和煤气切换作业等因素进行分析,解释烟气中SO2和NOx产生变化的原因。针对焦炉烟气中SO2和NOx的规律性变化,通过改进和完善焦炉烟气净化系统的工艺控制,提高应对措施的有效性和前瞻性,降低焦炉烟气排放超标的风险。
The change of coke oven heating gas type is an important production process change in coke oven production,which will have a great impact on the production of coke oven body and the flue gas purification system after the coke oven sequence.When coke oven is switched between mixed gas heating mode and pure coke oven gas heating mode,SO2 and NOx content in coke oven flue gas will change significantly,especially in the initial stage of switching from pure coke oven gas to mixed gas heating mode,SO2 content in flue gas will rise sharply,and there is an environmental risk of SO2 over-standard emission.By analyzing the changes of composition of heating gas,process parameters of coke oven and gas switching operation,the reasons for the changes of SO2 and NOx in flue gas can be explained.In view of the regular changes of SO2 and NOx in coke oven flue gas,the effectiveness and prospects of countermeasures can be improved by improving and perfecting the process control of coke oven flue gas purification system,and the risk of excessive emission of coke oven flue gas can be reduced.
