摘要 立足宝钢厚板目前高强钢生产现状,着眼于高强品种板形控制过程中强度高、塑性低、矫平难等特点,通过试样分析和压入风险实验室模拟分析等,对高强钢冷矫过程中出现的钢板断裂和矫直辊损伤两问题进行了探讨性分析,结合现状制定了高强钢小变形冷矫直方案,配套实施冷矫前来料清理、矫直辊探伤、扰曲度及辊面修磨等日常维护方法的改进,为高强钢品种开发和市场拓展创造了一定条件。 Based on Baosteel heavy plate high strength steel production status,focus on the characteristics of high strength plate shape controlling,low plasticity,difficult to be leveled,through the methods of sample analysis and laboratory simulation analysis,two problems are discussed,such as the fracture analysis of high strength steel in the process of cold leveling and the damage analysis of the cold leveling roller,combined with the status,the small deformation scheme for cold leveling,implement cleaning off the metal slag on the surface of the top plate,cold leveling roller detected by NDT methods,curvature test and roller surface grinding,etc are used,which create a certain condition help to develop the steel varieties and enlarge the market for high strength steel.
