摘要 通过实地调研,围绕乡村教师培训困境这一基本内容,对重“道”与重“术”,单向学习与情境学习,考核敷衍性与效能实践性,培训现场性与教学时限性,培训间断性与专业持续性五个困境进行陈述。在此基础上,从立足课堂,关注教师需求差异;实践赋能,构建情境培训模式;动态适应,搭建科学考核体系;善培从宜,统筹培训空间场域;引重致远,融合项目式培训五个方面探究对策。 Through on-the-spot investigation,focusing on the basic content of the rural teachers'training dilemma,this paper states five dilemmas:emphasizing morality and technique;the one-way learning and the situational learning;the assessment of the perfunctory and the efficiency practicality;the training on-the-spot and the teaching time-limit;the training discontinuity and the professional continuity.On this basis,this paper explores the countermeasures from five aspects:based on the classroom and paying attention to the differences of teachers'needs;the practice empowerment and constructing the situation training mode;the dynamic adaptation and establishing the scientific assessment system;the good training from the appropriate and the integrated planning of training space field;focusing on the far and integrating the project-based training.
