摘要
运用案例教学法开展教学,能够缩短理论和实际的距离,有利于师生之间构建良好的关系,使学生充分掌握《劳动合同法》的使用。因此,通过分析案例教学法的特色、应用优势、案例选择,提出有效的应用策略,以期促进学生掌握并合理运用《劳动合同法》知识。
The use of case teaching method in teaching can shorten the distance between theory and practice,help to build a good relationship between teachers and students,and enable students to fully grasp the use of the“Labor Contract Law”.Therefore,through the analysis of the characteristics,application advantages and case selection of case teaching method,this paper puts forward effective application strategies in order to promote students to grasp and rationally use the knowledge of“Labor Contract Law”.
