促进流动儿童城市适应的社区教育新形式及其成效调查

The Investigation of the New Forms of Community Education and Its Effectiveness in Promoting the Urban Adaptation of Migrant Children

在城市化进程中,越来越多的儿童随父母迁入城市,社会称其为流动儿童。社区作为流动儿童活动的重要场所,对其城市适应影响重大。武汉市为解决流动儿童的城市适应问题,在市政府的推动下,开展了一系列的新型社区教育。为了解流动儿童在现行社区教育下的适应及发展现状,以武汉市若干社区为例,通过文献法、观察法、问卷法、访谈法等开展调研,以价值观、社会适应以及学校适应等三个维度作为适应依据,分析得出:流动儿童整体适应良好,但仍存在问题。在此基础上,就适应中的突出问题提出对策与建议。

The development of urbanization in China makes more and more children get in urban areas with their parents and become migrant children.As the important place for migrant children's activities,the communities play an important role in their adaptation in cities.Under the further push by the government in Wuhan,in order to solve the problem of migrant children's urban adaptation,Wuhan starts a series of new-type community education.In order to know the migrant children's adaptation and development under the existing community education,taking some communities in Wuhan as examples,the study adopts literature research,observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview investigation method to gather the data and uses three dimensions such as sense of worth,social adaptation,school adaptation as adaptation proof.Based on statistical analysis,the conclusion is that the migrant children in Wuhan have a good adaptation as a whole,but their adaptation also has some deficiencies in some respects.On this basis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to these deficiencies in adaptation.
