The Construction and Analysis of the Management Plan of Social Practice Activities Project

新时代青年大学生在积极参与社会实践中接受教育、增长才干,为全面建成小康社会贡献青春力量。结合项目管理的基本理论,提出将社会实践活动项目化的初步构想,构建出面向活动流程四个关键环节的一套较为系统的管理方案,以期确保社会实践活动管理工作取得实效。

Young college students in the new era actively participate in social practice to receive education,develop talents and contribute youth and vitality to the building of a well-off society.Combined with basic theories of project management,this paper puts forward the preliminary conception on the project-based social practice activities.It introduces a systematical project management plan with the highlights on the four key links for the construction of the activity progress,in order to ideally ensure the effectiveness of social practice activities management.
