摘要
目的通过对传染病患者实施不同管理和护理方案,探究其临床应用特点。方法从2017年1月-2019年2月到医院的传染科患者中随机抽取80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别实施常规管理、护理和医护管理、人性化护理,观察两组患者护理质量和护理满意度。结果观察组护理质量均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为90.0%,护理质量满意率为97.5%,服务态度满意率为95.0%,住院环境满意度为92.5%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护管理和人性化护理可有效提高护理质量和传染病患者的护理满意度,缓解患者心理压力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application characteristics of infectious disease patients by implementing different management and nursing programs. Methods From January 2017 to February 2019, 80 patients were randomly selected from the department of infectious diseases in our hospital and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Routine management, nursing and nursing management, and humanistic nursing were implemented respectively. The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed. Results The nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90.0%, the satisfaction rate of nursing quality was 97.5%, the satisfaction rate of service attitude was 95.0%, and the satisfaction of hospital environment was 92.5%, all higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Medical management and humanistic nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction of patients with infectious diseases, alleviate the psychological pressure of patients, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
