手法复位经皮克氏针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

Treatment of Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in Children With Manual Reduction and Percutaneous Needle

目的分析手法复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法选取科室2017年2月-2018年3月治疗肱骨髁上骨折160例,分为对照组与观察组,每组80例。对照组80例患儿进行传统治疗方式,观察组80患儿均进行手法复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗。结果按照HHS关节功能评分标准评定患儿的临床疗效,观察组80例患儿的优良率为92.50%,对照组80例患儿优良率为68.75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);采用疼痛强度评分法,用数字等级定量法对比两组患儿治疗后的疼痛强度,无痛患者组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);轻度疼痛、中度疼痛与重度疼痛患者两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论进行手法复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗闭合性小儿肱骨髁上骨折愈率较快,关节功能恢复良好且无并发症,适宜治疗该类肱骨髁上骨折。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of manipulative reduction and percutaneous needle internal fixation on supracondylar fracture of humerus in children. Methods 160 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus were treated from February 2017 to March 2018 in the undergraduate department, and divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases in each group. In the control group, 80 children were treated with traditional methods, and in the observation group, 80 children were treated with manual reduction and internal fixation with percutaneous needle. Results According to the standard of HHS joint function score, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was evaluated. The excellent rate of 80 children in the observation group was 92.50%, and the excellent rate of 80 children in the control group was 68.75%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The pain intensity of the two groups after treatment was compared by pain intensity score method and digital grade quantitative method, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). The pain intensity of the two groups was lower than that of the control group by the pain intensity score method and the number grade quantitative method, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of closed supracondylar fracture of the humerus in children by manual reduction and internal fixation with Pico pin has a fast recovery rate, good joint function recovery and no complications, which is suitable for the treatment of this kind of supracondylar fracture of the humerus.
