显微支撑喉镜与电动喉刨削器治疗声带息肉的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探析显微支撑喉镜加电动喉刨削器在声带息肉治疗中应用的效果。方法选择我院94例声带息肉患者,根据手术方式的不同,将其划分为甲、乙两组,患者均在2018年5月-2019年5月来院治疗。甲组行支撑喉镜联合钳夹术治疗,乙组行显微支撑喉镜加喉刨削器治疗。比较两组治疗效果及术后不良反应发生情况。结果乙组治疗总有效率为97.87%,显著高于甲组的80.85%(P <0.05);乙组术后不良反应总发生率(4.26%)和甲组(19.15%)相比较低(P <0.05)。结论在声带息肉治疗中显微支撑喉镜加电动喉刨削器的应用效果较为突出,且术后不良反应较少。 Objective To investigate the effect of microsupported laryngoscope and electric laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps. Methods 94 patients with vocal cord polyps in our hospital were selected. According to different surgical methods, they were divided into two groups, A and B. The patients were treated from May 2018 to May 2019. Group A was supported by laryngoscope combined with clamping, and group B was treated with microscopic laryngoscope plus laryngoscope. The effects of the two groups and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate of group B was 97.87%, which was significantly higher than that of group A(80.85%, P < 0.05), and the total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in group B(4.26%) was significantly lower than that in group A(19.15%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application effect of microsupported laryngoscope and electric laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps is more prominent, and the postoperative adverse reactions are less.
