分析腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌

Analysis of Laparoscopic and Open Radical Gastrectomy for Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的分析在进展期胃癌中采取腹腔镜和开腹胃癌根治术的疗效。方法本研究择取我院在2015年3月-2019年3月期间接收的150例进展期胃癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机平均的方式分为A、B两组,各75例,A组:腹腔镜胃癌根治术,B组:开腹胃癌根治术,针对两种手术方案的具体效果进行对比分析。结果 A组手术出血量及术后下床活动用时均短于B组,且A组并发症发生率低于B组,P<0.05。结论针对处于进展阶段的胃癌患者可优先考虑应用腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗,能够有效减少患者术中出血量,并缩短下床活动时间,降低患者在术后并发症发生率,达到快速恢复的效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic and open radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer. Methods 150 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups randomly and averagely, 75 cases in each group. Group A: laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and group B: open radical gastrectomy. The specific effects of the two methods were compared and analyzed. Results The amount of bleeding and the time of getting out of bed after operation in group A were shorter than those in group B, and the incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B, P < 0.05. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy is a preferred treatment for patients with advanced gastric cancer, which can effectively reduce the amount of blood in the operation, shorten the time of getting out of bed,reduce the incidence of complications and achieve rapid recovery.
