临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用研究

Application of Clinical Nursing Path in Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法对本院近两年收治的120例患者进行观察,患者入组时间为2017年9月-2019年2月,采用数字随机法对将患者分为研究组(60例)和常规组(60例),研究组给予临床护理路径,常规组给予常规护理措施,对比两组患者的护理满意度和住院时间、治疗费用等。结果研究组患者日常生活能力(ADL)评分为(69.83±10.23)分,住院时间为(9.26±2.06)d,治疗费用为(4 284.86±211.86)元,其数据与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度为96.67%(58例),常规组的护理满意度为83.33%(50例),两组患者护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床护理路径用于脑出血患者可减少住院时间和治疗费用,同时提高患者日常生活活动能力,患者满意度也更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 120 patients admitted to the hospital in the past two years were observed. The patients were enrolled from September 2017 to February 2019. The patients were divided into the study group(60 cases) and the routine group(60 cases) by digital random method. The study group was given clinical nursing pathway, and routine group was given routine nursing measures. The nursing satisfaction, length of hospitalization, cost of treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The ADL score of the study group was(69.83±10.23) points, the length of hospitalization was(9.26±2.06) d, and the cost of treatment was(4 284.86±211.86) yuan. The differences were statistically significant compared with the routine group(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%(58 cases), and that of the routine group was 83.33%(50 cases). There was statistically significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can reduce hospitalization time and treatment costs for patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and improve their activities of daily life. The patients’ satisfaction is also higher.
